RX-CALENDAR
I started creating Apps to help make our lives better. Some of the things we do on a daily basis can be organized to simplify our lives. This is what I do.
How to Use the App
RX CALENDAR DOES THE FOLLOWING:
• Creates a Schedule for taking your medications
• Notifies you when to take your medications based on your Schedule
• Creates a Calendar with all your schedules being shown for each day
• Records whether you took your medication on time, took it late, or skipped taking it
• Records if you had to stop your medication because of an adverse reaction, a change in prescription, or for other reasons
• Creates a pdf Report with your medication history for your use or for your Doctor’s records
• Notifies the person you designated as your “Confidant” when you miss taking your medication so that they can perform a “Well-Check” on you, This
feature also provides the bonus that if you are unconscious or kidnapped, your Confidant will know and could provide timely assistance

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE APP
This App keeps track of all your prescriptions in one of two schedules you create, notifying you when to take your medication by sending out Notices to you three times every five (5) minutes. If you acknowledge the notices at any point, it checks the medication as "taken" in your schedule. If you take the medication late, i.e., within one (1) hour of the notice, it will check your medication schedule as "taken late," if you change or discontinue your medication, it will show the reason in your schedule. If you don't acknowledge the notices, it marks the medication as "skipped" in your schedule. If three (3) notices are marked "Skipped" consecutively in your schedule, the App will notify the person you designated as your "Confidant" that you missed three (3) Notices consecutively. At that point, your Confidant will make a well-being check on you to ensure that you are well. if you had an adverse reaction or need to stop or change your medication, the App allows for that. The App provides two (2) medication schedules: 1) for medications to be taken "all day" on a 24-hour schedule, and 2) the "awake schedule" for medications to be taken between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm
The App also provides a downloadable, daily pdf report of your medication schedule, which you can print at any time to give to your Doctor, or you can upload to your medical records kept by your Doctor.
Medication entry is easy, open the App and press "+" at the bottom of your phone taskbar to enter the medication name, and the quantity (number of pills in the bottle), check off the reason for the medication, enter the start time, choose your medication schedule (all day or awake), set the sequence (i.e., every 4 hours), the start date, and add the phone number of the "Confidant", Tap "Add", and You are done!
Go to your calendar by going to the menu bar at the bottom of the App, from there, left to right, you can click on the first icon and it will show you your current schedule; the second icon shows the Calendar, click on any date of the Calendar to show the schedule for the day selected, close the schedule by clicking the "x" in the upper right corner; click on the arrow on the top of the Calendar and it will show you the pdf report of your medication schedule by date; the third icon (the "+") is to enter your medications; the fourth icon (the human headshot silhouette) shows you your profile, and the (...) icon shows you subscription plans, terms, and conditions, privacy policy, etc.

If you cancel a medication, a small red dot will appear in the Calendar on the date of cancelation, in addition to a big red canceled button appearing in the schedule.

You can schedule up to two (2) medications free at any time.
